Our examination process of candidates who learn C++ with us is detailed here as we believe confidence in our process comes from an open approach to how we evaluate candidates.
-
Candidates are required to sign an NDA agreeing that they will not publish the test specification or their submission.
-
Candidates are supplied with the test specification detailing the solution they are required to implement and the deadline that shall apply to all candidates.
-
At the time of the deadline, submissions are collected for review.
-
Tutors individually review the submissions and then arrange 1-on-1 sessions with each candidate to discuss their implementation.
-
Tutors then get together to discuss submissions and assign final grades as part of a comprehensive report.
-
The submissions and reports are then passed on to a separate tutor with identifying information removed for the purposes of a blind verification that assigned grades are objective and accurate.
-
Passing candidates are then awarded a certificate detailing the level they have achieved based on their grade.
